Do you offer packages or custom pricing?

Yes! Typically we offer full day coverage, however, we do offer the opportunity to adapt our package to your specific needs.

Can we meet before the wedding?

Absolutely, we always recommend meeting virtually before the wedding so we can get to know each other, discuss your plans, and make sure we're a good fit.

How many images will we receive, and how are they delivered?

You’ll receive a curated gallery of professionally edited, high-resolution images, typically delivered via our Cloudspot online gallery for easy viewing, downloading, and sharing. The final number varies depending on coverage, but we aim for quality and storytelling over quantity.

Do you travel for weddings?

Yes, we love to travel! We're based in Ringwood, Hampshire, but we're happy to photograph weddings across the UK and beyond. Travel costs do apply. £0.44 per mile of travel and if the wedding is particually far, ususally 2hrs+ we may ask a fee for any overnight stay we may need to take.

Do you work alone or with a second shooter?

As the name suggests we always work together which means for no extra cost you always get the reassurance that a second photographer is present so no moment is missed.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

No worries! we're always ready to adapt and find creative ways to make the most of any weather. Sometimes the most unexpected conditions create the most magical images.

Are you insured?

Yes, we carry full public liability and professional indemnity insurance for your peace of mind.

Can we request specific shots?

Absolutely! We always encourage couples to share any must-have shots or family groupings beforehand so we can be sure to capture them.

How Long after the wedding will it take to get our photos?

Our usual turnaround time is 4–6 weeks, this can vary depending on our workload and time of year. But, we always aim to send a sneak peek within the first week to keep the excitement going!

Do you offer engagement sessions?

Yes! Engagement sessions are something we can offer either as an add-on to your wedding package or as an individual photoshoot. They're a great way for us to get to know each other and have some fun .

We're not great in front of the camera - can you help with that?

Absolutely! Most couples feel that way at first, but our job is to make you feel comfortable, guide you gently when needed, and capture your most natural, authentic selves. But if we're doing our job right most of the time you won't even notice the cameras.

How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, especially if your wedding is during peak season (spring-autum weekends).
